Q: What are lighting "scenes"?

A: A "scene" is created when the dimming levels of the lights in a room or area are pre-set to create the desired effect. For example, a "party" scene may have Great Room wall sconces at 30% power, Kitchen recessed lights at 50% power, front entry lights at 80% power, and so on.

Q: Can lighting control be done in an existing home?

A: Yes, we have wireless systems that can be installed in an existing home.

Q: Does the electrician need to be involved?

A: Yes. A licensed electrician will need to make the high-voltage connections. Programming and scene creation are done by J.J. Vanderson technicians.
